Arecont Vision has obtained many patents for our camera technology and we continue to invest in product development. These efforts ensure our continued leadership in the megapixel surveillance camera industry, producing new features, capabilities, and camera designs that others often attempt to copy.
One such patent is for an “Omnidirectional user configurable multi-camera housing” used in our SurroundVideo® Omni G1, G2, and G3 multi-sensor megapixel camera series. This patent is US9690172
filed by Arecont Vision on August 2, 2016 (Application Number US 15/226,816), was issued by the US Patent Office on June 27, 2017.

Our patent attorney reviewed several competitors’ products. It is his expert view that competitors have infringed on Arecont Vision patent US9438782.
